Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hearline, an AI voice receptionist service operated by Verdiex (EIN 42 2869358). By using the service, by booking a discovery call, by calling our business line, or by subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

Hearline provides an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound phone calls on your behalf, qualifies callers, captures lead information, and notifies you of new leads via SMS, email, and a web dashboard. The service consists of:

2. Subscription tiers and pricing

Subscriptions auto renew monthly until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no contracts.

3. Thirty day money back guarantee

Your first 30 days are 100 percent risk free. If you cancel within 30 days of going live for any reason, we refund both the first month subscription and the setup fee, in full, no questions asked. After day 30 we do not refund the current month but we cancel future billing immediately and there is no further charge.

6. SMS messaging terms

6.1 Consent

By calling our business line at 561 916 4525, you understand you may receive a single SMS message containing a follow up booking link. The voice agent confirms this verbally at the time of the call.

If you become a paying customer, you provide your cell number during verbal intake and consent to receive lead notification SMS at that number.

6.2 Frequency

Message frequency varies based on call and lead activity. For prospects, expect no more than one follow up SMS per call. For paying customers, expect one SMS per captured lead, typically several per day during business hours.

6.3 Opt out

Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out at any time. We will confirm your opt out with one final SMS and send no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

6.4 Carrier fees

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Hearline does not control or charge for these carrier fees.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9 percent uptime but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third party infrastructure (Twilio, Vapi, Anthropic Claude) and outages may occur. We make a reasonable effort to communicate planned maintenance and respond to outages quickly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdiex's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Hearline is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

The AI agent makes its best effort to handle calls professionally. We do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. You remain solely responsible for following up with leads and running your business.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund the current month after the 30 day money back window.

We may terminate your account immediately for violation of acceptable use, non payment after 14 days, or other material breach. We will email you before termination wherever practicable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always at this URL.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
