Master Services Agreement

The full contract for paying Hearline customers. Pricing tiers, refund terms, data ownership, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and termination.

Service Level Agreement

Our uptime commitment, what counts as downtime, how we measure it, and the service credits you receive if we fall short of the 99.9 percent monthly target.

Acceptable Use Policy

How Hearline may and may not be used. Permitted industries, prohibited content, call recording compliance, SMS rules, and the consequences of violation.

Subprocessor List

Every third party service provider that touches Hearline data, what they do, what data they see, and where they operate from. Updated whenever vendors change.

SMS & TCPA Consent

How our SMS programs work, how consent is obtained, message frequency, opt out instructions, and our compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
